Our project “strength of the product at 1km” is based on the research of ingredients that come from family-run farms located in the surrounding area.
We personally meet local farmers, and we taste and select the very best products. With this selection we create simple and delicious meals that reflect our philosophy of giving value to the products of our area.
This philosophy is also applied to the wine and, as a matter of fact, the wine menu contains a vast choice of bottles produced only by local farms of “Chianti Rufina”. A vast and complete selection of Italian wine variety.
